FINDING INNER PEACE
Inner Peace is a native mobile app designed to help schedule and reinforce meditation sessions.
Inner Peace was designed for my classmate, Devon, who wanted to build healthy habits but finds it difficult to make time.

discovering pain points
To understand what might improve Devon's life, I asked him about what he did on a daily basis. By drawing a concept map, I was able to narrow down two main interests in life: health & travel.
Because his health was something he could speak to everyday, I decided that there would be a larger chance for impact to focus on health.
This is an illustration of how an app might impact Devon's health habits - eating, sleeping, and exercising well.
With this in mind, I began sketching an user flow for a "do-it-all" app for Devon.
However, I soon realized that an app that had too many features made it harder to execute any one feature well. So, after further testing, I narrowed down the app's function to concentrate on one area of Devon's life - meditation.
After sketching out wireframes, I used the sketches to do a few quick rounds of prototyping before digitizing them on Sketch.
